Trauma Informed Practice and Skills – Stage 2: Part A
Mandy Craig (SCSP) leads Trauma Skilled training (Stage 2), building on trauma-informed principles to deepen understanding and support recovery. Two-part course, flexible attendance.
A trauma-informed approach represents a way of working across all services that promotes six principles: safety, empowerment, choice, collaboration, trust, and cultural consideration.
Stage 2: Trauma Skilled Working builds on Stage 1 (Trauma Informed Working) training, deepening understanding of psychological trauma, its effects, and how to support recovery.
This two-part training (A and B) is for anyone likely to engage with people affected by trauma, even if not directly supporting recovery.
You may attend both parts in one day or split them across two dates.
