Practice Review Cases
Introduction
Rotherham Safeguarding Children Partnership recognises that there will be some cases which give cause for concern in terms of the safeguarding of a child from significant harm where there is, or has been, multi-agency involvement but where the full criteria for undertaking a SCR have clearly not been met, or falls below the criteria for the case to be considered at the Serious Case Review Sub Group. However, it is still important to consider these cases on a multi-agency basis.
Practice reviews provide valuable lessons about how organisations are working together to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
